This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit kesslan.com, start a free trial, book a demo or use Kesslan.

Who we are
Data controller: VEXORASERVICES LTD (company no. 16673276), registered office 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE, trading from Hull, United Kingdom. Contact: info@vexotheagency.co.uk or 01482 765408.
When your firm uses Kesslan, the client data you put into it belongs to your firm. For that data your firm is the controller and we act as its processor, under our terms of service. This policy covers the personal data we control ourselves.
What we collect
Trial sign-ups and demo requests: your name, work email, phone number, firm name, and the answers you give about your firm, such as its type, size, the channels you use and what you'd like Kess to help with.
Billing: your plan and billing choice. Card and bank details are collected and held by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
Using Kesslan: your account details, such as your name, email and role, and records of sign-ins and actions, so we can keep your workspace secure.
Contacting us: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run the site securely. We don't use analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
Why we use it
To set up and run your trial and your subscription, take payments and send you service emails such as your trial reminder.
To call you for your setup call, answer your questions and support your firm.
To keep Kesslan secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
Only where you've agreed, to send occasional relevant updates. You can opt out at any time.
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are performing our contract with your firm and taking steps at your request before entering into one, our legitimate interests in running and securing Kesslan, our legal obligations such as keeping accounting records, and your consent for marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted providers, who process data only to provide their services to us:
Vercel: website hosting and the servers that run our forms. Stripe: payments, subscriptions and invoices. Supabase: the database behind Kesslan workspaces, hosted in London. Anthropic: the AI model behind Kess. Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox by email. Hostinger: our email.
Vercel, Stripe, Anthropic and Resend are based in, or may process data in, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.
Cookies and browser storage
kesslan.com doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The free trial keeps your answers in your browser while you complete it, and the Kesslan preview keeps its sample workspace in your browser so it's there when you come back. Signing in to Kesslan uses essential cookies to keep you signed in securely. You can clear all of these at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
If you request a demo or start a trial and don't become a customer, we keep your details for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back.
For customers, we keep account and billing records for the length of the subscription plus six years, for accounting and legal purposes. Workspace data is deleted within 90 days of a subscription ending, as set out in our terms.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to how it's used, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Contact info@vexotheagency.co.uk or 01482 765408 and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
