How does the free trial work?

Every new firm gets 14 days free. Answer a few questions and Kess sets up a workspace shaped to your firm in under a minute, then our team calls you to connect your inbox and bring your data across. We take a card or Direct Debit when you sign up, but nothing is charged until your trial ends, and you can cancel before then.

Why is Private by invitation?

Private includes custom builds and quarterly strategy work, so we only take on a small number of firms at a time. Apply and our team will review your firm and get back to you within two working days.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up at any time and we'll set up the extra features with you. Monthly plans can move down at the end of a billing month.

Is setup really included?

Yes. We build your pipeline, bring your data across and train your team on every plan. There's no separate setup invoice.

How do I pay?

By card or Direct Debit, monthly or annually. Private is invoiced on an annual agreement.
