Kess AI, explained
Everyday commands, such as adding a contact, moving a deal, finding a client or clearing old data, are always free and unlimited. A Kess AI request is a question or instruction that needs Kess to think: drafting, summarising, deciding what to do across your records. One request is one ask, however much work it takes.
Your allowance resets on the 1st of each month, and you can watch it in Settings, with a forecast for the month ahead. If you need more, top-ups never expire.
Top-ups include VAT, are bought from inside Kesslan by an owner or admin, and are used only once the monthly allowance runs out.

Firm is priced around your branches, your team and the volume Kess handles for you. Tell us a little, and a member of our team will call, usually the same working day. No obligation and no sales script.
Yes, for good. Up to 2 people, 250 contacts and 25 Kess AI requests a month, with no card and no trial clock. Move to Studio whenever you want follow-ups running themselves, automations, reporting and your industry pack.
Studio comes with 14 days free. We take a card or Apple Pay when you start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we email you three days before. Cancel before then and you won't pay anything.
Your firm moves to Essential and keeps its data. You can export everything at any time, on every plan.
One question or instruction that needs Kess to think, however many steps it takes. Everyday commands like adding a contact, moving a deal or deleting records are free and unlimited on every plan.
Kess keeps carrying out everyday commands. For AI requests, an owner or admin can buy a top-up from Settings: 250 for £24.97, 1,000 for £79.97 or 3,000 for £199.97. Top-ups never expire.
Firms with several branches vary enormously in size and volume. Rather than a price that's wrong for most of them, we agree one with you, in writing, around what you actually need.
No. Private is offered only to firms we approach ourselves, and the invitation always comes from a founder personally. There is no application, no waiting list and no published price. If you'd like the most Kesslan you can have today, talk to us about Firm.
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT at 20%, and you'll get a VAT invoice by email each time you're charged.
No. Prices are per firm. There are no per-user add-ons and no setup fees.
